Belcarra Mechanical (Est.2022) is an HVAC branch of Demsait Services (Est. 2017), a construction solution company.

Belcarra Mechanical was founded and is governed by a group of technicians with years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, manufacturing and construction.

So we know how the HVAC systems are designed and manufactured, and what is their interaction with the other trades and what are the installation and operation codes and other requirements.

Mohammad Najafi

Founder, technician

Mohammad (Moh), is a mechanical Engineer, who graduated from Iran and used to work in the HVAC field in different positions including design, supervising and consultation.

He changed his carrier to Gas fitting and HVAC and achieved his Canadian ticket.

However, he has been working as a licensed gas fitter in greater Vancouver since 2020, but his previous 15-year experience in mechanical engineering has a significant role in his success in the current position.
